Focus your mind on perseverance of the Apostle Philip with the St. Philip Pocket Paternoster.
One side of the Pocket Paternoster features an image of St. Philip holding his cross, referring to the tradition that the Apostle Philip continued to preach and convert hearts even as he was crucified. The other contains an approved prayer to always be able to hear God when he speaks to us which was written by Servant of God Cardinal Rafael Merry del Val, the right hand of Pope St. Pius X.
Like all Pocket Paternosters, the St. Philip Pocket Paternoster has an inset crucifix, followed by 10 inset 'beads', ending with an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary with the child Christ. Each 'bead' is inset with one of the 'Arma Christi', a medieval devotion for reflecting on the death of Jesus through the arms, or weapons used to win salvation.
Note: The Pocket Paternoster is sold without lighter fuel.
